Summit Baptist Christian Academy
ABOUT US
Summit Baptist Christian Academy is a Preschool of Excellence offering classes for children ages 12 months through Kindergarten. We offer 2 - 5 day programs from either 9 am - 12 noon or 9 am - 1 pm. We strive to provide a caring and loving Christian environment where God’s precious little ones can grow, develop, and learn through activities and experiences provided on a daily basis. We are also committed to laying the building blocks of learning which will provide a strong foundation and encourage each child to be a lifelong learner. SBCA admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin.

FACILITIES
Our classrooms, playgrounds, and large gathering spaces are designed with children in mind. Each classroom is outfitted with a professional grade air purifier. Our spaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by professional sanitation staff in addition to regular cleaning throughout the day.
ENROLLMENT
Registration for our 2024-2025 school year opens to our current families & siblings on February 5th. Public enrollment begins on February 12th. Families can apply online. Applications are placed in the order in which they are completed & received. Families will receive an invitation via email to enroll in Brightwheel, our online tuition payment and communication database, or you may submit cash/money order/check made payable to SBCA.
SCHEDULE
We follow the Cobb County Schools academic calendar for all holidays, early dismissals, etc. We offer a 2-day, 9am - 12pm option for our Wee Ones, Toddler classes. For our Twos, Threes, Fours, & K students, the day goes from 9am - 1pm and ranges from 2 - 5 day programs where students bring their packed lunch.
MISSION
Summit Baptist Christian Academy is a ministry of Summit Baptist Church. We seek to encourage, engage, and equip our children with a solid educational and biblical foundation that fosters spiritual, emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth that encourages all our students to reach their full potential.
CURRICULUM
Held in a nurturing Christian environment, our curriculum is center and play-based allowing students to truly engage with the material. We activate their minds, bodies & spirits each day with varied teaching techniques and learning styles. Our small classes make 1-on-1 teaching a trademark of our program.
